All guests (and every other visitor) must comply with all the House Rules during their stay.
Guests are required to notify the host of any discussion or complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at any time, as well as for any behavior that may disturb other neighborhood residents.
Guests and Visitors must minimize noise so as not to disturb the occupants of the neighboring properties, especially during the night (23:00 - 08:00).
Guests and Visitors must avoid any kind of disrespectful behavior and minimize their immediate impact on local residents.
Guests are responsible for not exceeding the number of any visitors, and for the fact that they also respect these Regulations.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Animals are not allowed in the house.
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are not allowed inside the house.
Whenever Guests leave the House, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed, in order to guarantee the security of the property and prevent damage to rainwater.
All damage and breakages must be promptly reported to the host.
Guests and their Visitors are responsible for Waste and Recycling, they must use the appropriate containers and not leave the excesses in common or public areas.
The waste bins must be emptied and the contents must be brought to the appropriate containers in the courtyard.
The dishes must be washed and stored in their housings.
Guests must ensure that they have turned off all lights and appliances, with the exception of the refrigerator, that they have set the thermostat (if used) to the minimum value and that they have closed all the windows and the entrance door.

The keys must be placed in the letter box, at the bottom of the stairs, identified by the image of the poppy (the one at the bottom right) making sure to push them towards the bottom of the box to prevent them from being picked up by attackers.
There are no strict rules for Check-in although it would be preferable for it to take place in the late afternoon, but if you have special needs, tell us and we will try to meet you.
The delivery of the keys generally takes place in the parking lot in front of the accommodation, let us know half an hour before arriving and we will be there waiting for you.

To reach the center of Turin the most comfortable means of transport is bus 11 which you can take at the 2295 "Stazione Venaria" stop in viale Roma, in front of the railway station (about 8 minutes on foot from the flat).
After 28 stops (about 40 minutes) get off at the "Corte d'appello" stop in via Milano, a stone's throw from Piazza Castello
The alternative is to take bus 72 or 72 crossed at stop 2292 "IV Novembre" in via Iseppon (about 12 minutes on foot from the flat).
After 26 stops (about 42 minutes) get off at stop 2179 "Bertola" which is the terminus, a stone's throw from Piazza Castello
The Allianz, or Juventus Stadium can be reached by car in 8 minutes or by one of the following public transportation:
72 or 72 crossed, the closest stop is 2292 "IV novembre" in via Iseppon between via IV novembre and corso Garibaldi. From the Papavero Rosso it takes approximately 10/12 minutes on foot, alternatively you can take the 11 to the stop 9016 "Borgo Antico", in Corso Garibaldi in front of the pastry shop "La baita" (5 minutes walk from the Papavero Rosso) and get off after two stops at 1 minute walk from the 72 stop
Once you take the 72 you get off at 5 th stop 2442 "Stadio"
Another possibility is to take the VE1 bus at the 2457 "Trento" stop in Corso Matteotti (about 8 minutes on foot from the Papavero Rosso) and get off after 13 stops at the 2442 "Stadio".
Regardless of the solution chosen, the time required to reach the stadium by public transport, excluding waiting at the stop, is around 25 minutes.
